These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with Narata Jewelry. By placing and confirming an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these terms.

本利用規約は、Narata Jewelry（以下「当店」といいます）でのご注文に適用されます。ご注文を確定された場合、本規約の内容をご確認いただき、同意されたものとします。

1. PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

商品・受注生産について

Narata Jewelry pieces are individually made to order in Japan.

Because each piece is produced individually, slight variations in appearance, finish, dimensions, stone positioning, and other details may occur. These characteristics are part of individually crafted jewelry and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Natural diamonds and other natural materials may also have individual variations in color, clarity, appearance, and other characteristics.

Narata Jewelryの商品は、日本にて一点ずつ受注生産しております。

個別に製作するため、仕上がり、寸法、石の位置、その他の細部にわずかな個体差が生じる場合があります。これらは個別製作による特性であり、必ずしも商品の不良を意味するものではありません。

また、天然ダイヤモンドその他の天然素材には、色、クラリティ、外観等に個体差があります。

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & IMAGES

商品情報・画像について

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, and photographs as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the characteristics of natural materials.

Product images may be enlarged or photographed at close range to show details and should not be relied upon as an exact representation of scale.

商品説明、仕様および画像については、できる限り正確な情報を掲載するよう努めています。

ただし、撮影時の照明、撮影環境、ご利用の端末や画面設定、天然素材の特性等により、実際の商品と色味や見え方が多少異なる場合があります。

また、商品の細部を分かりやすくするため、拡大または接写した画像を使用する場合があります。

3. QUOTATIONS & PRICING

お見積り・価格について

Product prices may be provided on the website or by individual quotation.

Due to fluctuations in the prices of gold, diamonds, and other materials, quotations are valid for 24–48 hours from the time they are issued, as stated in the quotation.

If the quotation expires before the order is confirmed, a new quotation may be required and the price may change.

商品価格は、ウェブサイトへの掲載または個別のお見積りにてご案内します。

金、ダイヤモンドその他の素材価格の変動により、お見積りは、お見積書に記載されたとおり、送付時から24〜48時間有効となります。

有効期限内にご注文が確定しなかった場合は、再度お見積りを行い、価格が変更となる場合があります。

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

ご注文の確定

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quotation does not by itself confirm an order.

Your order will be considered confirmed after you accept the quotation, complete the required order information, and payment has been received and confirmed by Narata Jewelry, unless otherwise stated to you.

If we are unable to accept an order due to material availability, production limitations, pricing errors, or other reasonable circumstances, we will contact you.

お問い合わせまたはお見積りのご依頼のみでは、ご注文は確定しません。

原則として、お見積り内容にご同意いただき、必要な注文情報をご提出のうえ、当店にてご入金を確認した時点でご注文確定となります。ただし、別途ご案内した場合を除きます。

素材の調達状況、製作上の都合、価格表示の誤りその他合理的な理由によりご注文をお受けできない場合は、お客様にご連絡いたします。

5. PAYMENT

Payment instructions and the final amount payable will be provided before the order is confirmed.

Any fees charged directly by a customer's bank, card issuer, or other financial institution are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

お支払い方法および最終的なお支払い金額は、ご注文確定前にご案内いたします。

お客様の銀行、カード会社その他金融機関から直接請求される手数料については、別途記載がない限り、お客様のご負担となります。

6. PRODUCTION TIME

製作期間

Production generally takes approximately 2–3 weeks after payment has been confirmed.

This is an estimated production period and not a guaranteed completion date.

If an unexpected delay materially affects the expected completion of your order, we will contact you.

ご入金確認後、通常約2〜3週間の製作期間をいただきます。

製作期間は目安であり、完成日を保証するものではありません。

製作に大幅な遅延が生じる場合には、お客様へご連絡いたします。

7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

キャンセル・返品・交換

Because Narata Jewelry pieces are individually made to order, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds due to a customer's change of mind are generally not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

Please carefully review the product details, specifications, sizing, quotation, shipping information, and other order details before confirming your order.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law where an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Narata Jewelryの商品は一点ずつ受注生産しているため、ご注文確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセル、返品、交換および返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。

ご注文を確定される前に、商品内容、仕様、サイズ、お見積り、配送情報その他の注文内容を十分にご確認ください。

なお、本規定は、商品に不良、破損、誤配送その他契約内容への不適合がある場合に、お客様が適用法令に基づき有する権利を制限するものではありません。

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

破損・不良・誤配送

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Narata Jewelry within 24 hours of delivery whenever possible.

To assist us in reviewing the condition of the item and packaging, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from the time the package is opened and retaining all original packaging.

We may request photographs, video, packaging, order information, or other information reasonably necessary to assess the issue.

After reviewing the circumstances, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.

商品到着時に破損、不良、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、可能な限り商品到着後24時間以内にNarata Jewelryまでご連絡ください。

商品および梱包状態を確認するため、開封時からのアンボクシング動画を撮影し、元の梱包材を保管していただくことを強くおすすめします。

確認のため、写真、動画、梱包材、ご注文情報その他合理的に必要な情報のご提出をお願いする場合があります。

状況を確認したうえで、適用法令および個別の状況に応じて適切に対応いたします。

9. RING SIZE & CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

リングサイズ・お客様から提供される情報

Customers are responsible for providing accurate ring size, contact information, and shipping information when placing an order.

Please confirm your ring size carefully before ordering.

If resizing is possible after production, additional charges, shipping costs, and production time may apply. Some designs may not be suitable for resizing.

ご注文時には、リングサイズ、連絡先、配送先その他の情報を正確にご提供ください。

リングサイズはご注文前に十分ご確認ください。

完成後にサイズ直しが可能な場合、追加料金、送料および追加の作業期間が発生する場合があります。また、デザインによってはサイズ直しができない場合があります。

10. SHIPPING

配送

Japan

Complimentary domestic shipping is provided unless otherwise stated.

International

International orders are generally shipped from Japan via DHL Express.

International shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be provided as part of the quotation where applicable.

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Estimated international delivery is generally approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch, but actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, and other circumstances.

日本国内

別途記載がない限り、日本国内への送料は無料です。

海外

海外へのご注文は、原則として日本からDHL Expressにて発送します。

海外送料はお客様のご負担となり、該当する場合はお見積り時にご案内します。

発送後、追跡情報をご案内します。

海外へのお届けは発送後通常約3〜5営業日を目安としておりますが、お届け先、通関手続き、配送会社の運行状況その他の事情により変動する場合があります。

11. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

海外の関税・税金

For international orders, import duties, VAT, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country or region are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These charges are separate from the product price and shipping charge and may be collected upon import or delivery.

Customers are responsible for checking the import requirements applicable to their destination.

海外への発送に際して発生する輸入関税、VAT、税金、通関手数料その他お届け先の国または地域で課される費用は、適用法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、お客様のご負担となります。

これらの費用は商品代金および送料とは別に、輸入時または配達時に請求される場合があります。

お届け先に適用される輸入条件については、お客様ご自身でご確認ください。

12. DELIVERY DELAYS

配送遅延

Narata Jewelry will take reasonable care in preparing and dispatching orders.

Delivery may nevertheless be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate if a shipment encounters a delivery issue.

Narata Jewelryでは、商品を適切に準備し発送するよう努めます。

ただし、通関手続き、配送会社による遅延、悪天候、自然災害、お客様から提供された情報の誤り・不足、その他当店の合理的な管理を超える事情により、配送が遅延する場合があります。

配送上の問題が発生した場合には、状況に応じて合理的な範囲で対応いたします。

13. CARE, REPAIR & AFTER-SALES SERVICE

お手入れ・修理・アフターサービス

Jewelry naturally experiences wear through use.

Please contact Narata Jewelry regarding available cleaning, polishing, repair, or other after-sales services.

Availability, charges, shipping costs, and processing time may depend on the condition and design of the jewelry.

ジュエリーはご使用に伴い、自然な摩耗や使用感が生じる場合があります。

クリーニング、磨き、修理その他のアフターサービスについてはNarata Jewelryまでお問い合わせください。

商品の状態やデザインにより、対応の可否、料金、送料および期間が異なる場合があります。

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

知的財産権

Unless otherwise stated, photographs, designs, text, logos, graphics, and other content displayed by Narata Jewelry are owned by or licensed to Narata Jewelry and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.

別途記載がある場合を除き、Narata Jewelryが掲載する写真、デザイン、文章、ロゴ、画像その他のコンテンツに関する権利は、Narata Jewelryまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。

法令上認められる場合を除き、許可なく複製、転載、配布または商業利用することはできません。

15. LIABILITY

責任について

Narata Jewelry will be responsible for its obligations to customers to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Narata Jewelryは、適用法令に基づき必要とされる範囲で、お客様に対する責任を負います。

本規約のいかなる規定も、法令上排除または制限することのできない当店の責任またはお客様の権利を排除・制限するものではありません。

16. PRIVACY

個人情報の取扱い

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Narata Jewelry Privacy Policy.

個人情報については、Narata Jewelryのプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

本規約の変更

These Terms & Conditions may be revised when reasonably necessary due to changes in our services, business operations, or applicable laws.

The current version will be published on our website.

本規約は、サービス内容、事業運営または適用法令の変更等により、合理的に必要な場合に変更することがあります。

最新の規約は当ウェブサイトに掲載します。
